These Terms describe how our auto-repair network locator works and what to expect when you use the site.

1. What we do

netloomhub.com provides a locator that helps you find and contact auto-repair service providers. We do not perform repairs ourselves.

2. Availability, listings, and limitations

  • Service availability, search results, and listing details may change at any time.
  • Diagnostics, quotes, prices, and timelines are provided by third-party service providers, not by us.
  • We aim to keep information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every listing is complete, current, or error-free.

3. No warranty; no technical advice

Any general information shown on the site is for convenience only and does not constitute professional advice, diagnostics, or a promise of service quality.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide truthful and accurate contact information when you request a callback or submit a request to a provider.
  • Review provider terms and confirm scope, price, and timing before authorizing any work.

5. Privacy and personal data

If we process personal data (for example, your name and phone number for contact/callback), such processing must comply with applicable Ukrainian law, including the requirements of the Law of Ukraine on Personal Data Protection: Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" № 2297-VI (01.06.2010).

6. Pre-contract consumer information (distance/off-premises mechanics)

To the extent your request may be treated as a distance contract mechanism, pre-contract consumer information about the business/operator and key characteristics of services is provided in the required manner by Ukrainian consumer protection rules, including: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 3153-IX (10.06.2023), стаття 17.

If our workflow involves electronic commerce, consumer-identification information required by the Electronic Commerce Law is provided as required by: Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" № 675-VIII (03.09.2015), стаття 7.

7. Complaints and dispute resolution

For consumer disputes, you may file complaints and pursue resolution routes established by Ukrainian law, including submitting complaints via the e-pokupets portal, as provided by: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 3153-IX (10.06.2023), стаття 38, and the complaint procedure under: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 3153-IX (10.06.2023), стаття 39.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, netloomhub.com is not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party service providers, including service quality, workmanship, parts used, warranties, or results of repairs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, netloomhub.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or losses of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the site.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the effective date shown near the top (if applicable).
